These terms govern any project or engagement between Nexore Digital Agency ("Nexore," "we," "us") and you ("client," "you"). By engaging us for a project, you agree to the terms below.
Services
Nexore provides website development, mobile app development, AI integration, workflow automation, SaaS product development, and related digital services, as scoped in each individual project proposal.
Project Agreements
All projects require a signed proposal and deposit before work begins. The proposal defines scope, timeline, deliverables, and price — this is what governs the engagement, alongside these terms.
Payment Terms
Standard projects are billed in three installments:
- 40% deposit before work begins
- 40% at the project's midpoint review
- 20% on delivery
For smaller projects, a 50/50 split (deposit and delivery) is standard instead. Specific payment terms are always confirmed in your proposal.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in your project proposal. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope are handled as a separate, quoted addition to the project.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables built for your project. Nexore retains the right to showcase completed work — including screenshots, descriptions, and links — in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Nexore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any deliverable we build. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination is billed accordingly, and deposits are non-refundable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
